Ex Warehouse :
You prefer to arrange shipment yourself. When shipment is ready for pick-up, we will inform you.

Parcel Service:
You prefer us to arrange shipment through our forwarders. We will invoice freight cost, according the table below.

Pallet Shipments:
In case of more than 8 cartons, it may be advanteous to use pallet shipment service.
We will be most happy to inform you about door-to-door freight charges for pallet transport.

We employ a "no question asked" 10 days sight goods return policy. Please, inform us in writing so that we are aware of your decision, and can inform our receiving department.

Returned goods that arrive us, freight paid, in undamaged status and in our original boxes, will be fully credited. Except eventual charges for shipping.
